Terms of Service
Effective August 9, 2026
These Terms govern your use of the True Site Solutions application (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and, if you are setting up an account for an organization, on behalf of that organization.
Accounts and trials
New organizations receive a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial ends, continued access requires an active subscription. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for the activity of team members you invite to your organization.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from your organization's billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Your data
You retain ownership of the data you and your team enter into the Service — jobs, records, photos, reports, and everything else your organization creates. We do not claim ownership of it, and we access it only to operate and support the Service or as you direct (for example, through a customer share link you create).
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that violates the rights of others.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, or to another organization's data.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation.
- Reverse engineer the Service except to the extent applicable law expressly permits it.
Service availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, and rare outages can occur. Field teams should follow their own procedures for documenting work if the Service is temporarily unavailable.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your organization at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe poses a security risk to the Service or to other customers.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, True Site Solutions disclaims warranties of any kind, express or implied, and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will let organization owners know before it takes effect.

This is a plain-language draft describing how the Service actually operates today. It is not a substitute for legal advice — have it reviewed by counsel before relying on it, particularly the liability and termination sections.
